If you believe in reincarnation, you understand that you are born to resolve the issues of your current life before death. If you do, you move on to other challenges in another lifetime. If you do not, you may have the same problems in another lifetime. The big question is "Why?" Why do we have these challenges in the first place? What is the bigger purpose for why we are here?.
When you understand that the Earth experience is all about dealing with your emotional issues, then you realize the importance of moving through and beyond your emotions to find peace of mind. Only when you understand that the overriding issue of your life is to become as unconditionally loving as possible of ourselves and others, do you make your life easier and the cycle of reincarnation shorter. When we unconditionally love ourselves, accept who we are, quit fighting the emotional challenges that diminish the joy of our lives, and choose to work diligently on moving through our issues, do we find peace of mind. It does not matter whether the issue is to resolve a childhood message, to explore the reason for your anger at a "hot button" issue, to put to rest the turmoil of an unexplained death or loss, or any of a thousand other reasons.Once we understand that reincarnation is all about unconditionally loving ourselves and others, life's emotional challenges are more quickly recognized and examined to find an internal peace.
When we do, we have worked through our emotional distress about the situation. For a moment, let's view our lives as a horizontal straight line from birth to death. If we define that line as our ideal unconditionally loving center, then any emotions that move us away from our path of unconditional love need to be resolved, so we can move back toward this center line. Among the negative emotions that bring you down below the line are the fear, anger, guilt, resentment, and criticism that you hold within yourself. Examples of the emotions that move you up and away from your unconditional love are pride and arrogance.
When people get mired in their emotions, they become consumed by them. These are the people who become the killers, the mentally unstable, or the abusers in our society. If people become so prideful or arrogant that they treat others with disdain and demean them by acting superior, they become exceedingly difficult to be around. Occasionally, when these people become consumed by their emotions, they become delusional. Some people say we need to reach perfection so we do not have to reincarnate again.
While that statement may be true, what we are really trying to do is to unconditionally love ourselves and others, so we can find a tranquil center for our lives and fill our soul with unconditional love.Once we love ourselves, unconditionally loving others is easier. We take less personally the people who bring us our emotional issues. Then those challenges that move us away from our unconditionally loving center become shorter in duration.Does that mean we do not get angry, fearful, etc.
? No, we still do. We just are able to heal our emotions more quickly, so they do not consume us.As difficult as it may be to believe, especially in the middle of an issue, the people who bring you these challenges are the right people at the right time in your life.
When you have completed the process, you will realize these people have been the catalysts of change that assisted you and your soul.Once you recognize this ongoing process, you truly have moved yourself closer toward your soul's goal of one hundred percent unconditionally loving yourself and others. The number of lifetimes you need to reincarnate may be less, and the lessons you will need to address will be fewer.Chose today to see your life as a gift of various emotional challenges. Decide to recognize and resolve them, not avoid them.
Each time you do, you continue to fill your soul with a greater amount of unconditional love.
