They say that prayer and positive thoughts aimed at another bring that person positive energy and healing. So, let's try an experiment: once a day, pray for or think positively about someone who needs a good boost of positive energy without telling him or her what you are doing. Do it for a week or more and record your results.Did you notice any changes within the person or about the person?.
How did it make you feel?.Did you notice any changes within your own life?.Did you notice anything about the experience itself?.What else did you notice about this experiment?.If you had positive results, try this experiment on yourself. What parts of your life need healing or motivation? Focus the experiment on those aspects of your life.
Then ask yourself these questions:.Did you notice any changes or shifts in the areas you worked on?.Did you notice any shift in your feelings towards this area of your life?.If it has shifted and changed to your satisfaction, then congratulations! If not, then what else can you do to make that shift happen?.
Write about your experience in a journal and refer back to it any time you need a shift. The shift you need could be as close as a positive thought away.
